Peer Review Process

Atlantis considers only previously unpublished (i.e, not currently in the public domain, either in print or electronic form) submissions for publication: scholarly articles, as well as a limited number of interviews, pedagogically-focused opinion pieces, book reviews, creative work and illustrations. Except for the book reviews, all material for consideration undergoes anonymous peer review by at least three external reviewers and editorial panel members. The publication decision is based on the referees' reports and each author of work accepted for publication is asked to sign a letter of agreement with the publisher which specifies rights, warranties, considerations and duties.

--------------------
