Wane, Njoki Nathani, Njoki Nathani Wane, Centre for Integrative Anti-Racist Research Studies (CIARS), University of Toronto, conducts research and teaches in the areas of Black feminisms in Canada, African feminisms, African indigenous knowledges, anti-racist education in teacher education, African women and spirituality, and ethno-medicine and has published widely on these topics.
Williamson, Tara, Tara Williamson is an Anishinaabekwe/Nehayowak from Swan Lake, Manitoba and is a member of the Opaskwayak Cree Nation. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba and is currently in the last year of a concurrent LL.B./M.A. - Indigenous Governance program at the University of Victoria.
