Abstract

Barbara Doran is a Newfoundland filmmaker, now living in Montreal. She was a foremother of the women's movement in Newfoundland and most of her work addresses women's issues. Some of her recent films include: Women Kill, Voices of Change, L.M. Montgomery Biography, Diary of an Innu ChildThis interview took place while Barbara was doing the research for a film on the Religious Right.
